We (The Royal Thai Spa) reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time, without prior notice.

 

The Royal Thai Spa operates as a STRICTLY professional service. Failure to follow this rule will result in your treatment being stopped and you will be asked to leave without refund. You may also be prohibited from future bookings and entering the premises; 'The Royal Thai Spa'.

Pregnant and expectant mothers: Please be advised that we are unable to offer massage treatments to anyone who is less than 20 weeks pregnant. This is due to our insurance and the regulations regarding our therapist's qualifications.

Any offers are valid either until the date specified or indefinitely (or until withdrawn) if no date is given.

​

Pricing Update: As of 02/12/21 we have adjusted the prices and definitions of our 'Hot Stone' massage. Going forward we shall only offer a 'Royal Hot Stone Massage' starting from £60. Any appointments booked prior to this change will be honoured at the price quoted on booking.

 

From 17/07/22 our paper gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please book your appointment as normal using our booking system or by calling and present your gift voucher at your appointment. Paper gift vouchers purchased prior to this date will remain valid unless stated otherwise.

Gift vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift vouchers hold the appointment value of the amount stated.

​

Gift voucher design and style may vary from time to time.

​

All gift vouchers are valid only for massage treatments at The Royal Thai Spa. Not valid for Kalpana's Beauty Treatments (KBT).

​

eGift voucher balance can be used across multiple appointments, for example a £100 value gift card can be used for two separate £50 value appointments.

​

Our 'Customer Loyalty Card' as of 01/01/2023 is valid for £5 off on your 6th visit, providing you have 5 stamps from previous visits. 1 stamp is given for appointments 60 minutes or over. This replaces our previous loyalty scheme, shown below. This cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and has no monetary value.

 

Expired: Our £10 off your 5th visit, providing that you have 4 stamps from previous visits. This cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and has no monetary value. Stamps can only be gained from 60 minute and above appointments.

If you choose to receive our email promotions you may receive a code which entitles you to a further discount. These codes, unless stated otherwise are valid for one use only.

​

You may opt out of our promotional and update emails at any time by following the 'Unsubscribe' link on the email or by sending a request via our contact page.

 

We reserve the right to terminate your appointment or refuse treatment at any time due to operational requirements, failure to abide by our terms and conditions of sale or any other reasonable event.

We reserve the right to prohibit entry to The Royal Thai Spa or prohibit bookings from the customer at any time if any of the terms and conditions stated on this page or in-store are not adhered to.

​

The Royal Thai Spa reserves the right to charge a booking deposit fee, up to the full amount of the chosen service. This fee shall be non-refundable upon an appointment no-show and upon our discretion, a partial refund may be issued if an appointment is cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled time.

​

Customers who repeatedly fail to attend booked appointments will be subject to a 24 hour cancellation window, if no-show appointments continue, The Royal Thai Spa reserves the right to charge a booking deposit for any future bookings, up to the full value of the service. If a partial fee is charged, this will be deducted from the appointment price, where the remainder shall be payable upon service and is non-refundable upon no-show appointments.

The Royal Thai Spa is fully insured for the treatments that we offer and all therapists are suitably qualified and competent in the treatments that they perform.

​

Be advised, Kalpana's Beauty Treatments (KBT) is fully independent of The Royal Thai Spa. No gift cards can be used between and any concerns or issues should be address to the individual party.

​

Refunds are made at our discretion dependant on the circumstances.

​
