After Your Massage
After your massage treatment you should:

This helps to eliminate toxins and lactic acid build up developed during the massage treatment
Take it easy for the rest of the day, if you can you should have a nap to reset your body
A hot bath after your massage can relieve any aching and soreness that may develop after your treatment. Don't worry as this is short lived whilst the muscles begin to heal
Avoiding alcohol, smoking, caffeine and fizzy drinks will aid your massage in healing your body. Consuming any of these can slow the healing process and can add toxins to your body
